WinConnect、BeTwin和霸迪Buddy多用户系列产品是博软有限公司独立开发设计的计算机软件，依照《伯尔尼保护文学和艺术作品公约》的规定在中国享有著作权，并受中国法律保护。经律师调查发现，有些公司或个人未经博软有限公司的同意，擅自复制博软有限公司的上述计算机软件产品（盗版软件）进行销售，甚至声称是博软有限公司的“一级代理商”或“增值经销商”等，误导用户和消费者。

为维护博软有限公司的良好声誉，同时保护广大用户的合法利益，姜省路、王云诚律师代表博软有限公司对调查发现的销售盗版软件的三家中国公司已经依法向法院提起诉讼，并保留追究相关人员刑事责任的权利。

律师在此特别提醒广大用户，博软有限公司从未在中国大陆授权 “一级代理商”或“增值经销商”，也从未授权其他单位或者个人代理销售博软有限公司的软件产品。用户若有订购需求，应当直接与博软有限公司联系；非经博软有限公司销售的软件，既不能享受博软有限公司软件升级和售后技术支持与服务，还容易造成用户计算机系统运行不稳定，经常死机等现象。同时，依照《计算机软件保护条例》的规定，用户使用盗版软件用于商业目的，也构成著作权侵权，依法应当承担民事责任，因此提请广大用户提高警惕，谨防购买盗版软件。

博软有限公司欢迎用户对生产、销售和使用盗版软件的行为进行举报，一经查实，将根据情况给予奖励。
