The latest BeTwin 2000/XP and Buddy software do support Windows XP Updates released by by Microsoft on 12 November 2019.
BeTwin and Buddy software (version 2.00.514 and earlier) do not support Windows 2000 Pro SP4 Security Update KB941693 released by Microsoft on 8th April 2008. This specific Security Update may cause some compatibility issues with some video drivers resulting in the Station fails to change display colors/ resolution.
If you have installed the Windows Security Update KB941693, you will need to uninstall/ remove the Windows 2000 Pro SP4 Security Update KB941693 for the Station(s) to work correctly.
